This website is totally secure and will enable payment via credit card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and cash (by prior arrangement).You will be charged a small fee of 30 cents per registration. One Day Registration Fees:
Friday 24th, Saturday 25th or Sunday 26th - NZD$120.00 per person (per day) To avoid disappointment please book EARLY (fully refundable up to March 10th 2023). All One Day Registrations include lunch and morning tea and all items on the programme up to 6.30pm, but not the Saturday banquet and rare plant auction (this can be booked separately if you wish to attend the banquet as well, see above). NOTE: You MUST be registered for at least one conference day to also attend the banquet and auction. One Day Registrations are not available for Thursday plant sale opening night.
Optional Friday 24th 'Kiwi Dinner' - Bus Trip to Half Moon Bay
On Friday night there is no conference events on at Waipuna Hotel, the evening is free for you to dine and socialise wherever you wish. So why not join your brom friends for an offsite dinner and drinks at the picturesque Bucklands Beach Yacht Club with fabulous Auckland Harbour views at Half Moon Bay! We have booked out the club Headsail function room and bar for a special 'Kiwi Dinner' buffet, where we’ll enjoy a sumptuous selection of Kiwi favourite dishes, such as Roasted NZ Lamb and Pavlova! Special dietary requirements can also be catered for if needed. This optional dinner is available to all conference registrants and partners for the fantastic subsidised price of only $70 per person, including the 15 minute each way coach trips. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE LIMITED TO 150 PEOPLE FOR THIS DINNER - DO NOT DELAY BOOKING TO AVOID MISSING OUT!
Refund Policy
Registration cancellations or changes received on or before 10th March 2023 will receive a full refund, or will be amended as required. No refunds will be provided after this date.
